If your suit arrives damaged, not as ordered in the material, color or sizing, please return it and we will replace it for free. If you have made a mistake in your measurements, contact us at email@example.com. We do our best to leave every customer 100% satisfied with our service and purchase, even if the mistake was not made by us. For custom suits, we do not offer refunds but depending on the circumstances we can offer a replacement product or a store credit.
For standard sizes we have made available our measurement table (standard) where you can compare the measures best suited to you and choose the right one.
For any defective product or with some anomaly, must be notified by email within and no later than 14 days of receipt,
we will provide after receipt of the object to replacement.
After 14 days the customer must contact the manufacturer directly. For more information our customer service is your service
MY DRESS IS NOT SUITABLE (for custom suits)
Too tight or too wide. Being tailor-made products can happen on both sides. The first thing is to contact us, via email or facebook messenger, we are here to help you!
To this end we can ask you to measure your dress. If the suit seems to be made, we will be taken carefully.
These are our guidelines on how sizing problems are handled, which generally fit into 2 categories:
Supplied incorrect supplies – In 80% of cases we find that a customer will measure again and that the original measurements used are not correct. But we reduce it to a minimum.In these cases we will raise our hands and correct these errors at no cost to you.
Note: In some cases, the suit has been wrong in sizing in an area, and the customer asks for new sizes in the suit in correct areas. We will present you a € 80.00 surcharge if you wish to change dimensions that are not related to a problem.
The time required for production is indicated on our home page. This is a guide, but we do our best to satisfy it or to beat it.We will ship to you – we will receive information on the day we will ship.

The timing of products made to measure are about 4/5 weeks from the time of order, we will always try to do our best to ship quickly.

All our suits are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This would include stitching failure. If we have incorrectly sized your suit according to the measurements provided we will replace it free of charge! Note: our tight fit will add +1cm, regular fit will add +2/3 cm.
Normal wear and tear on the suit is not covered, regularly sliding in on a light material may cause damage! Tunnel use and catching on sharp materials would not be considered a manufacturing defect. If you want an extremely durable material consider Cordura in high impact areas.
