If your dress arrives damaged, not as ordered in material, color or size, please return it and we will replace it free of charge.
If you have made a mistake in your measurements, please contact us at email@example.com. We do our best to leave every customer 100% satisfied with our service and purchase, even if the mistake was not made by us. For custom made dresses, we do not offer refunds but, depending on the circumstances, we can offer a replacement product or a gift certificate.
For standard sizes we have made available our (standard) size chart where you can compare the most suitable sizes for you and choose the right one. For any defective product or with some anomaly, it must be communicated by e-mail no later than 14 days from receipt, we will arrange for the replacement after receipt of the item. After 14 days the customer must contact the manufacturer directly. For more information our customer service is at your service
MY DRESS DOESN’T FIT
(for custom made dresses) Too tight or too loose. Being custom made can happen on both sides. The first thing is to contact us, via email, facebook messenger or whatsapp, we are here to help you! For this purpose we may ask you to measure your dress. If the dress appears to be made, we will be taken care of. These are our guidelines on how sizing issues are handled, which generally fall into 2 categories: Wrong supplies supplied – In 80% of cases we find that a customer will re-measure and the original measurements used are incorrect. But we minimize it. In these cases we will raise our hand and correct these errors at no cost to you. Note: In some cases, the suit size was wrong in one area and the customer requests new suit sizes in correct areas. We will introduce you to an additional €100.00 if you wish to change dimensions that are not related to a problem.
The time required for production is indicated on our home page. This is a guide, but we do our best to meet or exceed it. We will ship to you – we will receive information on the day we ship. All our shipments are handled by DHL courier Delivery time Italy: 24/48 hours Europe: 2/3 days Outside the European Union: 4-6 days Outside the EU customs tariffs may or may not apply, this is beyond our control. The timing of custom-made products is approximately 4/5 weeks from the time of the order, we will always try to do our best to ship quickly. – When you return a product for replacement or repair, enter the reason and the order number in the package.

All of our suits come with a 12 month guarantee against manufacturing defects. This would include seams failing. If we have incorrectly sized your dress according to the measurements you provided, we will replace it for free! Note: Our slim fit will add +1cm, our regular fit will add +2/3cm.
Normal wear and tear on the suit is not covered, regularly slipping on light material can cause damage! Tunneling and catching sharp materials would not be considered a manufacturing defect. If you want an extremely durable material, consider Cordura in high impact areas.
